Aim: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect different torque settings ProTaper Next files on microcrack formation. Materials and methods: Ninety mandibular anterior teeth were used. Fifteen served as control 75 divided into three groups according (n=25). In group 1; root canals instrumented using at a rotational speed 300rpm 2.0 Ncm torque. 2; used with 3.5 torque, in 3; 5.2 Teeth horizontally sectioned 3, 6, 9 mm examined stereomicroscope. Results: percentage total cracked 2.0, 3.5, recorded 24%, 28%, 32%, respectively, without any significant difference (p>0.05). Conclusion: use high did not affect amount occurrence. clinicians may rotary systems within values suggested by manufacturers reliance upon their clinical experiences.
